Hal LuskHal knew Neal from wayyy back when he was scrawny and immature. Neal also knew Hal back when he was scrawny...which is probably more impressive. Hal is proud to be associated with this momentous occasion and offers his whole hearted endorsement of the union.
Jeff LilesNeal and I, met my Junior (His Senior) year at college. We moved into our first off-campus house not knowing each other. Once in the house, we found that we had a lot in common and also that we are majoring in the same thing at NCSU. We became close friends and still remain to this day. I want to wish Jordan and Neal the best and am honored to celebrate with them in the upcoming ceremony.
Jeremy WigginsJeremy and Neal met through mutual friends Jeremy's sophomore year of college. They began hanging out on a regular basis and solidified their friendship when they lived together on Western Boulevard. They've remained close friends since graduating college and still live near each other.
Joshua NowakI've known Neal for 6 years now and I've lived with him for the past 2. I have never seen him as happy as he is now, not happy sometimes but always. No matter how bad his day was, Jordan makes it all worth while. He may still feel bad, but it's ok because he has her. That's how I know they'll be happy together. Come good or bad, she loves him and he loves her. I'm glad they found each other.
William BennettNeal and I met in high school where we were both members of the tennis team. We ended up at rival colleges but still found time for many a beach trip and even went to Ireland. Over the years I have
Lindsay JenkinsI was a loud, obnoxious, pain in your rear, but you eventually found it endearing. we've been friends since 7th grade..though our friendship has had significant time gaps due to location issues, we always seem to reunite and pick up where we left off.
Kirby OdomI have known Jordan/Chris since she moved to Robbinsville. As the years progressed in school the closer we became as friends. I am very excited for Chris and Neal; I believe they complement each other well.
Valerie ThelenI met Jordan when we were exchange students together in Mannheim, Germany, during the spring/summer of 2006. We first met at a dinner for the international students and during the evening we bonded over the crazy Germans and accidentally stole a bottle of wine. We both lived in the Hafenstrasse apartment complex and attended the same pre-semester intensive German language course with an insanely intense teacher named Natalia, who wore tight black leather pants and hated Americans. The first month set the foundation for a lively and adventurous semester in Germany filled with good and bad times and everlasting memories.
Elle PerkinsI don't actually remember meeting Chris....she was just sort of always there, a constant friend in my life. For the longest time I was always that kid trailing after Lucy, Kirby, and Chris....but eventually they let me join the circle, and now there is no getting rid of me. We have been teammates, competitors, friends, suitemates, classmates, and bestfriends.
Lucy PerkinsI knew Jordan back when she was Chris (and she will always be Chris to me). Gradeschool, middleschool, highschool....sleepovers, crosscountry meets, basketball, swim team, proms, classes, piano, church, college, (the list goes on and on)....long enough to know what she has always wanted in a husband. Im so happy that she has found Neal (who is great!) and if anyone deserves a "happily ever after" its Chrissy!
